As an assistant, my key responsibilities were to monitor and manage using Wordpress for the frontend of the web site with use of SEO to drive traffic, add/modify/remove products on the main system's database, advertisements, answering phone calls and redirect them to the correct department, and fault diagnosing hardware/software.
Worked remotely positioned as Jnr System Administrator / IT support to proactively monitor and fix backend server’s infrastructure, and doing daily tasks which involved responding to clients support queries.
I studied Information Technology to achieve my BTEC Level 3 Diploma Extended. This was to further my knowledge on the different aspects of IT, which had a selection of Networking, Programming, or Business.
